Casa Andrea is located in the beautiful Montgo National Park area this traditional-style villa has been renovated yet keeping the traditional style.

South facing with the sun from early morning until late evening this villa is set in private, secure, secluded and well-maintained gardens. The villa is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac and entered through secure gates. The driveway area has plenty of parking for a number of cars.

The villa is surrounded by terraces and gardens on all sides with many private and interesting seating areas. Inside accommodation offers a full home from home experience and comprises of the living room with flat screen wall mounted IPTV system, log burner, and plenty of seating, great for large families.  There is an additional lounge/snug, with leather sofa and armchair with Smart TV and Freesat.  A separate dining room with seating for 8 guests can be accessed from the snug or the fully equipped modern kitchen, including dishwasher, large range cooker with gas hob and oven, large American style fridge with ice maker, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. From the kitchen is a separate utility area with washing machine and walk in shower.

On the main level, an attractive hallway leads to 3 bedrooms. The Master has a Kingsize bed with ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, a second bedroom with double bed has an ensuite with walk in shower, and the third bedroom is a twin room.

Also available for rent but not included in the price is a 4th bedroom on the lower level, which is accessed via an external staircase. It has a two single beds and a shower room. It has its own private access from the pool terrace. Please let us know if you would like to rent it. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING and ceiling fans.

The pool with Roman steps is solar heated so ideal for mid season holidays. There is a poolside summer kitchen with dishwasher, tall fridge freezer, gas oven and hob, toaster and kettle. There is a gas BBQ´s available on the pool terrace near the outside kitchen, with various seating areas, as well as a covered open Naya with comfy lounge seating and dining table. There is also a poolside shower room and toilet. Ample sunbeds are provided, as well as pool umbrellas and areas to relax in the well-maintained terraced gardens and a table tennis table.

Located 6km to the town of Javea the villa, yet just a few minutes drive to a local supermarket and some excellent restaurants.  This location is perfect for families that want to enjoy a holiday away from the hustle and bustle, but easily accessible to Javea that offers many activities for everyone, including Blue Flag sandy beach, a Port, and Old Town.
