An outside staircase leads up to the upper level where a further double bedroom and shower room with private terrace can be found.  From the main level, a staircase leads down to the lower level, where a further twin room and shower room with large patio area, and access to path to the communal pool area.  A further terrace with a brick built BBQ, outside dining area, sun loungers, provide for plenty of outside of space to enjoy both plenty of sunny and shady areas to relax in.  Air conditioning, WIFI, music docking station and DVD player are also available. The house is located in the sought after area of El Portet in Moraira, approx. 2km from the bay.  This small upmarket resort has a variety of good bars and restaurants, a pharmacy and supermarket, so plenty of amenities close by.  This holiday rental has only just become available to book, so currently has plenty of available dates for you to book your ideal holiday dates.
