This exclusive 6 bedroom villa provides accommodation for 10 people, (3 super- king, 2 king and 1 twin) on 3 levels, each with a private terrace. Lower apartment: 3 king bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, breakfast area, modern equipped kitchenette. Main level: 1 king bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), lounge, dining, office, wine bar and modern, fully equipped kitchen. Tower Room: 1 king bed and en-suite bathroom, private gym with drinks fridge and Smart TV, sun terrace and spa facilities (available low season only).
The comfy lounge on the main level has an honesty wine bar available for guests to sample wines from the Pinoso region, as well as locally selected Spanish wines. Access from all levels to the private kidney shaped pool and large pool terrace offers plenty of sun loungers and parasols for guests.
Outside there is also a large colonial style covered terrace for Al fresco dining, a further Naya with comfy lounge furniture, dining for 12 guests, large gas barbecue, all with open views across the valley and the spectacular mountain range.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, guest security alarm system and WIFI. This is a totally private property, fenced and gated with secure parking on the private driveway under shady car port. It offers many terraces with steps leading down to the beautiful well maintained gardens, some laid to artificial grass, all offering ample space to relax in private, or together in sunny or shady areas. Fruit trees are in abundance where guests are welcome to pick and enjoy ripe fruit during their stay.
There are many activities nearby such as Golf, Tennis, Horse Riding and Water Sports, and is an ideal area for Walking or Cycling also.
