The main living accommodation is all on one level, with one master bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 twin bedrooms, and a family shower room.  The kitchen is well equipped with built in oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwater. It also has a kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine.

The lounge / diner provides a large comfortable leather sofa, dining table for 6 people with doors leading onto a sun terrace with outside furniture boasting amazing views of the Javea hills and the Mediterranean sea.  An enclosed Naya with 2 reclining leather chairs is a lovely space for reading or listening to music.

The Satellite TV has channels in English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch and Italian, and a Firestick for Amazon, Netflicks, You-tube etc is also provided.

There is Internet / Wifi throughout, Air conditioning in the Master bedroom, modern ceiling fans in the twin bedrooms. Free standing fans are also available.

Outside there are plenty of areas for relaxing in the sun or shade, and dining al fresco, with a large brick built BBQ area next to an indoor bar, which has a sink and fridge for keeping drinks cool. A washing machine is also provided in a separate utility room.

There is off street gated parking for 1 car, and street parking also.  With many steps giving access to different areas of the gardens and pool terrace, this villa is not very suitable for those with walking difficulties.
