This beautiful traditional 3 bedroom Spanish villa is in the sought after area of Cap Marti, close to the popular blue flag sandy Arenal beach.  You enter the villa through a Toscan stone arched covered Naya overlooking the garden and 8m x 4m kidney shaped swimming pool. From here you enter into the open plan lounge/diner with a log burner, Satellite T.V. with U.K channels and air conditioning. Wi-fi broadband internet is available throughout the property. There is an ornate dining table and chairs via a Toscan stone archway. Outside the manicured gardens are mainly laid to lawn which wrap around the villa with an abundance of Mediterranean plants, shrubs and trees. The 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool has ladder steps for exiting the pool and there is also a poolside shower. The villa has electric gates and a large driveway with parking for several cars.
