From the electrically operated gated driveway steps lead up to the front door and into a welcoming entrance hall and impressive minstrel gallery. Leading off from the entrance hall is a fully equipped kitchen with modern units, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is located in the garage area.

The open plan living area has an inside dining space with a large teak dining table and seating for eight. This in turn leads into the comfortably furnished lounge with a feature fireplace, a television with English channels and a cd/dvd player. For those who like to stay in touch with the outside world, free wifi is available. Both the dining area and lounge have patio doors onto the covered front terrace (the naya) and a 10 x 4 metre pool, which can be heated at the beginning and end of the season at a supplement of £120 a week.

Outside can be found comfortable terrace furniture and a dining table to seat at least eight making this an ideal spot for relaxing or dining al fresco. Next to the terrace is a lawn, with sun beds and a large fixed ceramic barbecue, providing extensive views across the valley towards the mountain ranges.

Villa San Andres has four large en-suite bedrooms and all have air conditioning. On the terrace level are two bedrooms. The ‘Pool Room’ has a large zip & link twin/double bed, a bathroom with walk in shower, and patio doors leading directly out to the pool. The back ‘Mountain Room’ has twin beds and a full bathroom with bath/shower. Stairs lead from the entrance hall to the galleried upper floor where there are two further double bedrooms. The ‘Terrace Double’ has a balcony off the bedroom, a bathroom with bath/shower and a small private terrace giving spectacular views of Montgo and the gardens. The ‘Main Bedroom’ is the largest bedroom with super- king bed, two balconies facing to the front and rear of the house and a spacious bathroom with a walk in shower. Both of the upper floor bedrooms offer views over the villa’s landscaped gardens and the Javea countryside.
