This stunning luxury villa has been beautifully furnished with elegance and high end furnishings. It has two levels, with the main kitchen, formal lounge and dining room, Master bedroom with en-suite, double and twin bedrooms and family bathroom on the upper level, with air conditioning throughout. An internal staircase gives access to the lower level, where a further kitchen, large family room / FreeSat TV with English Channels, double bedroom with air conditioning and additional shower room are located.

The en-suite bathroom as has large walk in shower, the family bathroom has a full length bath with overhead shower, and the lower level bathroom has a walk in shower. This bathroom is easily accessible from the pool area.

The main kitchen is fully equipped with a large Rangemaster gas oven and 5 gas rings, intergrated fridge/freezer, separate wine fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The washing machine is located in the lower kitchen, where there is a further oven and tall fridge/freezer in the family room.

The Naya is furnished with comfortable outside furniture including table and chairs for 8 guests. There is large gas BBQ and has stairs down to the pool area. There is a further Weber BBQ on a separate terrace with additional dining table and chairs and sun loungers, and by the pool area further table chairs for dining giving guests many choices on where to eat al fresco.

The large 10m x 4m pool has eight sun loungers and plenty of shading on the pool terrace if required. It is in a very private position and not overlooked by neighbouring villas.

Wifi is available throughout the villa. There is also a safe and ample parking on the private gated driveway.
