This South facing holiday Villa is nestled in a quiet area, yet just a short drive from Javea Old Town, Port and the popular Arenal Blue Flag sandy beach.

The villa is entered via gates onto a sloping driveway with parking for two cars. Entrance via the front door into the lower Naya looking out to the pool area, a wonderful room to sit and enjoy the winter sun. Internal stairs lead up to the main living area. A family-sized living room with dining area, door leading out onto a large balcony overlooking the pool area and valley views, flat/screen Smart TV, with FreeSat and Netflix.

Across the hall is a fully fitted kitchen with table and chairs with a terrace offering further al fresco dining space. From the kitchen sliding doors gives access to a utility area and a courtyard for outside dining for 12 guests and gas BBQ.

Also on the main level are three bedrooms, comprising of one king-size bed with en-suite bath and overhead shower, one double bed with modern large walk-in shower, and a twin room with walk-in shower, suitable for children.  The lower level offers two further double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room.

Separate to the main house is a further bedroom, that has a double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a small bath and overhead shower.

Back in the main house, sliding doors from the lounge open onto the upper Naya that overlooks the pool, garden and views across the valley and distant mountains. Stairs lead down to the pool and garden. The pool area has a large terrace with cabana with seating, outside fridge, and the pool terrace has sun loungers and parasols for shade. To the rear of the garden, stairs give access to a private rooftop sun terrace, that features a large space for yogo and shaded seating  also.  There is also a games room with table tennis table, ideal for family entertainment.

This property is perfectly located 3km from Denia La Sella Golf Resort & Spa. Alicante and Valencia international airports are just over an hour’s drive.

The villa also offers WIFI and air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge area.

Tea We spent 11 days in Aanika’s villa in July.

We were a group of 6 adults, two teens and 2 kids. We were blown away how amazing the villa was. It looks nice in the photos but it was even more amazing in real life. The big pool was a lifesaver, it was really hot in Spain during our stay. Our kids basically lived there. The air-conditioning was a big plus for us also. The house has a big kitchen where we were able to cook dinner for our families. There was a nice fruit platter waiting for us when we arrived. The area was really quiet and safe. The villa has many wonderful areas outside, also the roof terrace was nice. The only thing you need to notice that your own car is a must-have and the house has a studio with a separate door. We wanted a relaxing holiday and had a blissful time. It’s a very serene and picturesque place. We spent a lot of time around the house and by the pool. The views are beautiful, we plan to go back this summer.

” An amazing Villa in an incredible location, truly well-equipped property with amazing views”We were absolutely delighted to have booked such a lovely villa, the experience was amazing from start to finish. When we arrived at the villa is so clean and well presented with lovely linen and towels. The property is equipped like a home from home and they have thought of everything.
The property is located close to some wonderful restaurants and only 10 minutes from Javea’s old town, port and lovely beaches. Denia also is only 10 minutes away which is another amazing coastal town.
The property has been well thought about and you have the choice of lovely cool shaded areas or spacious sunbathing terraces depending on how you prefer to spend your day. The swimming pool is amazing and is huge compared to other villas we have stayed in, which is so nice.
We wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa for so many reasons. Thanks for sharing your lovely piece of Paradise with me and my family!

Perfect start to our holiday at this immaculate villa greeted and showed around by Nicky who also left us a wonderful welcome starter pack. The villa was amazing and plenty of space for all 10 of us, lots of quirky places to sit, chill, relax or just have a nice pot of tea! Such beautiful gardens only topped by our daily sunset G&T with freshly picked lemon watching the sun go down in the valley, where can you get that. “We will be back”!

The house is very beautiful, with all the comforts (bathrooms, air conditioning, fans, very large and functional kitchen) the pool is great, clean, always freshwater and with many sun loungers. It is located in the middle of nature and with spectacular views. Any needs or incidents we had were solved quickly. Very good treatment by everyone, we will certainly repeat.

It is a very nice chalet, in the middle of the Montgó Mountain. Ten minutes from the beach. It is a quiet place and has all the comforts. The house and the garden are big. An ideal place to spend the summer with the whole family.

The property is lovely and has been recently refurbished. Beautiful garden and tranquil views across mountains. Though there are a number of villas in the street, it is not at all overlooked and feels very secluded. We had a lovely stay with older parents, friends in our 30s and 40s, and young children. All the rooms are ensuite, cool and very comfortable. Great holiday all round in Javea and Denia and along the Costa Blanca.

We have just spent two weeks with my best friend’s family and we have all had the best time ever. The villa is just lovely and we had so much fun during the day enjoying the peace and quiet and amazing views. The sunsets are to die for….. We had some great evenings in the local restaurants just 5 minutes away from the villa and also visited the coastal towns of Javea and Denia, only 10 minutes away. The villa was just how it was described if not better and it was fully equipped to allow you to enjoy the villa day and night.
